The mental health crisis has gone on too long. We need action.

That's why we’re calling on MPs to tell us what action they’re taking to tackle poor mental health at its root. Because people deserve the right support before they reach crisis point.

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 is Action. Because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too.

Our individual actions matter, and when we come together we are even more powerful. We can make sure that policymakers act on their good intentions and words of support, to make the systemic changes needed for everyone to live a mentally-healthy life.
